Born and raised in Chicago, Juan has been immersed in property management since 2017. Originally a theatre major at The Theatre School at DePaul University, Juan quickly realized that the skills required in theatre—attention to detail, multitasking, quick problem-solving, and strong interpersonal abilities—are equally essential in property management. Now, instead of preparing a stage for an audience, he dedicates himself to ensuring that apartments are ready for residents.
For Juan, the best part of working with HiFi is the incredible sense of family among co-workers. This supportive environment motivates him to work harder, knowing his colleagues will do the same, fostering the perfect atmosphere for collaboration.
A true Chicagoan at heart, Juan is passionate about helping the city’s residents and contributing to its neighborhoods and communities. In his downtime, he loves exploring Chicago’s diverse neighborhoods, indulging in its culinary scene, and attending theatre performances across town. Juan also enjoys spending quality time with family and a good game of dominoes.
