Tracy is entering her fourth year in the Property Management field, having begun her career in HOA Condo Management before transitioning to managing rental properties, with a focus on co-living units. Along the way, she earned her Illinois Leasing License and developed a solid understanding of the innovative co-living concept in Chicago.
Before Property Management, Tracy worked in investment management, where she ensured that investments and 401K savings were handled with precision. Born and raised on the Southside of Chicago in Blue Island, she has always felt a deep connection to the city.
What Tracy loves most about Property Management is the fulfillment that comes from solving problems and keeping residents happy. She genuinely enjoys interacting with people, whether over the phone or in person. At HiFi, she especially values the strong team collaboration and the supportive environment, which make tackling challenges much smoother.
Tracy believes that success in Property Management hinges on clear communication and effective time management. She strives to convey information accurately to tenants and vendors while managing her workload efficiently.
Outside of work, Tracy enjoys immersing herself in Chicago’s vibrant food scene and the joys of “Summertime Chi.” She also loves traveling, spending time with friends and family, and attending concerts.
