- Pilsen- This colorful neighborhood is rich with culture. While its roots are Lithuanian, it morphed into a hub of the Chicago hispanic story, while welcoming every walk at the same time. Festivals are rampant in the summer- a flurry of street food, music, and excitement in the air. - Albany Park- Chicago’s literal melting pot, you can’t live in this neighborhood without finding your favourite: taco, baklava, coffee, falafel, and/or weird little gift shop. So many languages are spoken here, they might just turn into one. With courtyard buildings, single family homes, and a few 3-flats flanking the Brown Line, it a cozy little corner of the city that still not too far from the bustle of downtown.
- Wicker Park- As the Blue Line roars overhead, training its way through the alleys of street art, the people of Wicker Park walk along Milwaukee Avenue, stopping in book stores, grabbing a coffee, or just enjoying the random musical pop up on the corner. This hot neighborhood has always been a hub of creativity. Old Victorian homes stand next to modern 3-flats and worker’s cottages. It’s a fun place to call home.
- Lakeview- There are a lot of options in Lakeview, as it encompasses quite a few walkable areas- from the main drag of Southport’s upscale boutiques to Lincoln Avenue’s stretch of funky restaurants and off-beat gift shops. Neighbors live in lovely single family homes, classic 3-flats, and the occasional courtyard building. Being so centrally located, just off the Brown Line, this neighborhood will quickly become your favorite place to call home.
