Logan Square
Logan Square has been a hotbed of arts, culture, music, and community for over 25 years. Experiencing a renaissance in the mid-2000s, this neighborhood just off Milwaukee Avenue went from working class to a counter cultural epicenter.
Logan Square is an architecturally mixed neighborhood with homes ranging from workers cottages and bungalows to expensive greystones and new builds. The Blue Line zooms right along the main artery, Milwaukee Ave., via underground- giving direct access to the airport and the world.
Logan Square was once just an expanse of prairie, sprinkled with a few farmers that used the old Milwaukee trail to get to Chicago. Citizens still used Milwaukee Avenue today- by car, by train, bus, and walking to get to work, school, play and more. It is a centrally located spot- perfect for home!
