A Chicagoland Native, Bryan Springman has years of experience in diverse property management and rental leasing functions in several Illinois markets. Bryan graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management. While studying, he worked in leasing and property management in the student housing market in Champaign/Urbana, and later worked on Northwestern’s campus.
In 2023, Bryan brought this experience to High Fidelity Realty, where he works in both leasing and property management, further developing his industry knowledge. Having rented hundreds of apartments, from student studios and luxury high rises to historic 3-flats, he has a unique and broad understanding of the needs and challenges of multifamily property ownership, residency, leasing, and sales.
Bryan lives in Edgewater, and in his free time enjoys exploring Chicago’s many natural areas. Some of his favorites are Alexander Von Humboldt Park, Loyola Park Natural Area, and South Shore Cultural Center Park.
