Having grown up across the Chicagoland area, Caitlin Meeter has developed a deep appreciation for the unique beauty of the urban prairie. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from Lake Forest College and a Master’s Degree in Tourism Administration from Roosevelt University. With over 15 years of experience in customer-focused administration, Caitlin believes that a warm smile and thoughtful personal touches go a long way in building lasting relationships.
Caitlin began her career in cable access television, where she first discovered her passion for working with the public. That path led her to a seven-year role as a concierge with Kimpton Hotels, a nationally recognized boutique hospitality brand. During her time there, she was nominated for the John Winke Rising Star Award by Concierge Preferred in 2016. From hospitality, she transitioned into real estate, where she has taken on roles ranging from Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Leasing and Marketing Coordinator, Leasing Manager, and now Director of Leasing at High Fidelity Property Management.
Caitlin thrives in client-facing roles and takes pride in balancing the needs of both tenants and property owners. Known for her creative communication style and calm under pressure, she often finds clever, unexpected solutions to everyday challenges.
Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys visiting historical landmarks, making sushi with her partner, and spending time with her cat and collection of houseplants.
