Fanny serves as an Assistant Property Manager at High Fidelity, bringing with her 4 years of experience in property management and leasing, along with 10 years of general customer service expertise. She began her professional journey as a bookkeeper, a role that laid the foundation for her detail-oriented and organized approach to property management.
Originally from New York and raised in New Jersey, Fanny made the exciting move to Chicago in December of 2023. Her love for helping people is at the core of her work at HiFi, where she finds fulfillment in being there for others during challenging times. Fanny describes her experience at HiFi as truly wonderful, valuing the strong support and camaraderie within the team.
Fanny believes that to excel as a property manager, one must possess patience, empathy, organization, and excellent communication skills. She is passionate about the vibrant energy that Chicago radiates during the summer, enjoying the city’s street festivals and outdoor concerts.
Outside of work, Fanny devotes her time to her cats, enjoys playing video games with her husband, indulges in Chicago’s diverse culinary scene, and finds joy in running. Last year, she achieved a personal milestone by running over 100 miles and completing her first 5k.
