With an extensive background in selling and leasing apartment properties, John McGeown started High Fidelity Property Management in 2010. A Chicago native and longtime North Side resident, he utilized his large network of contacts to successfully build the business almost exclusively from referrals – effectively meeting the increased demand from his clients. John’s growing management portfolio now includes more than 1,000 units in over 100 buildings, with a myriad of expertise throughout Chicago’s neighborhoods and surrounding suburbs.
Using his experience and market knowledge, John specializes in working with clients to identify potential investment properties. From there, he advises on how to maximize profits, analyze pricing, and use the best floorplans and design to not only increase rental rates, but to improve the overall condition of the property.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, John served in the United States Navy as an Operations Specialist. While serving, he participated in Operation Noble Eagle, following the September 11th attacks, and also served as Combat Information Center Watch Supervisor aboard the USS Valley Forge during Operation Iraqi Freedom (2003).
He makes an effort to live each day embracing his personal philosophy: strive to be a leader, never stop learning, and always try to think outside of the box. Outside of the office, John is a devoted husband and father, drummer, and amateur chef.
