As a Broker Associate at High Fidelity Realty, Kevin Bensley has assisted in more than 100 transactions in his first 14 months, using his apt people skills to truly listen to the needs of clients — all while delivering empathy, fairness, and transparency.
Kevin grew up in southeast regions of Iowa and Omaha and says he has always been hyped to meet new and interesting people. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Theater from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and strongly identifies with creative professionals.
Upon moving to Chicago, Kevin took on roles in advertising and marketing before moving on to production for the Chicago Reader — where he remained for nearly a decade. The early years of his career provided him with the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of people, from local mom-and-pops to huge music festivals like Pitchfork and Lollapalooza.
Kevin currently resides in a bungalow on the Northwest side along with his family. They love taking trips across town to visit new parks and restaurants, as well as taking occasional day trips to small towns to view birds and other wildlife.
