Kristal Snow serves as Controller and Director of Human Resources for High Fidelity Property Management, High Fidelity Realty and High Fidelity Investments. In this role, she leads the company’s financial reporting, accounting, internal control functions and all Human Resources related matters.
Since joining High Fidelity in 2018, Kristal served as Accounting Manager where she oversaw accounting policies and procedures, reporting controls, and all compliance-related items. Prior to High Fidelity, she spent many years as an entrepreneur running her own business and an additional eight years as a Financial Analyst for Urban Accents, a nationwide consumer packaged-goods company headquartered in Chicago.
Kristal earned her B.A. from Lake Forest College. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, and spoiling her four rescue dogs. She’s lived with her husband in the North Center neighborhood for many years and is a die-hard Cubs fan.
