Originally from the Philippines, Mikko was born in Manila City and raised in Davao City. He is happily married and the proud father of one daughter. Mikko brings nearly six years of experience in the call center industry and an additional six years as a Virtual Assistant to his role. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Ateneo de Davao University.
Throughout his career, Mikko has been recognized for his outstanding performance, being named Best Agent of the Month six times and later earning the title of Team Lead of the Month twice. A strong believer in the power of teamwork, Mikko is enthusiastic about being a part of the HiFi team.
